Our story
From one repair to a thousand relationships.
We started small — a single shop, a single workbench, and the conviction that local customers deserve better than a faceless e-commerce return queue. Back then, “tech support” meant waiting on hold for forty minutes. We thought: why not just answer the phone?
Fifteen years later, we've repaired thousands of laptops, sourced desktops for hundreds of small businesses, and helped neighborhood kids pick their first gaming PC for board exam celebrations. Most of our customers come back not because they have to — but because they know us by name. We know theirs too.
Computers are personal. The laptop on your child's desk during a board exam, the billing desktop that runs your shop's register, the printer that has to work the morning of a deadline — these aren't just devices. They carry weight. We don't take that lightly.
