We charge a flat ₹250 service charge if a diagnosis is performed — covers our time inspecting the device and identifying the issue. The amount is adjusted into the final bill if you proceed with the repair, so you only pay it once. If we determine it's unrepairable or you choose not to proceed, the ₹250 stands. No surprise charges beyond that.

Yes — most repair work carries a 30-day workmanship warranty. If the same issue recurs within 30 days, bring it back and we'll fix it free. Parts we install separately follow the manufacturer's warranty (typically 90 days to 1 year depending on the component). We'll always tell you what's covered before starting work.

We attempt data recovery on most failed drives in-house — typically successful for logical failures (corrupted partitions, accidental deletion, file system issues). Refurbished items are typically off-lease corporate machines (laptops, desktops) that have been fully tested, cleaned, reset, and verified working. They often have minor cosmetic wear but full functional health, and they come at a significantly lower price than new. We clearly label refurbished items in the inventory with a 'Refurbished' badge. Every refurbished unit comes with our standard 30-day workmanship guarantee.

For new sealed products, we accept returns within 7 days of purchase if the box is unopened and the receipt is available. For opened or used items, exchanges are case-by-case — defects and DOA (dead on arrival) units are handled under manufacturer warranty. Repaired devices and special-order items are non-returnable.
